Job Summary:

The Associate Marketing Project Manager for Amen Clinics is responsible for implementing the brand identity and key messaging components (brand positioning and pillars) that drive the overall vision and brand marketing strategy for the business. You will proactively collaborate with all internal stakeholders to achieve success. You will continually innovate and evolve all areas of the marketing presence of Amen Clinics as a brand.

You have a strong grasp of traditional and digital content distribution, as well as interactive platforms that engage consumers through compelling branded content. You will provide guidance and recommendations on online marketing channels and customer segmentation that drives results and influences outcomes. You are a passionate marketer that thrives by working in a collaborative fashion through open communication, the giving and gaining of trust, and participating as an active member of the team in an environment of mutual respect.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute all communications strategy for Amen Clinics to increase the brand awareness and positive engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensures consistent branding and messaging along all communication channels.
  • Develop and manage the internal brand marketing. Works to identify key internal stakeholders and the best ways to increase collaboration, support and impact for the organization. Identifies the right venues for interfacing and building internal networks.
  • Develop and manage the external brand marketing approach. This includes an approach to conference attendance, speaking engagements, publishing articles, blogs, and social media.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop communications strategies and content for internal and external stakeholder groups (i.e., marketing collateral, marketing strategy, or awareness campaigns).
  • Manage and partner with external agencies (i.e. advertising, marketing or public relations) as needed.
  • Delegate and execute projects for all online and traditional marketing channels while adhering to Amen Clinics digital brand standards
  • Execute and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns
  • Leverage analytics to optimize campaigns with marketing team
  • Identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online campaigns
  • Provide marketing campaign reports on a regular bases and works with the marketing team on strategy and optimization
  • Participate in Marketing and Amen Clinics team meetings as necessary, including meetings interfacing with Clinic Directors and Business Development teams
  • Collaborate and execute a national plan for engaging, supporting and marketing across all U.S. locations, partnering with Business Development teams to establish an overarching theme, goals, and measures for success for the organization.
  • Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate a commitment to kindness, competence and passion for superior customer service and quality patient care with every internal and external customer
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or communications required.
  • 5-7 years' experience in project management for marketing initiatives including traditional, online, digital and branding.
  • Skilled in using Office 365 products
  • Knowledge of Listrak Composer, HTML, Eventbrite and email templates, and understanding of analytics and how to use them to change the performance of marketing designs
  • Deep understanding of reporting mechanisms for ascertaining ROI on marketing initiatives

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of ListrakComposer preferred
  • Knowledge of standard business, marketing and sales practices
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager or other social and marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of HTML, mobile optimization and email best practices preferred
  • Knowledge of JIRA or other project tracking software preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong verbal/written communication and listening skills; including excellent interpersonal skills and telephone communication
  • Strong references.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Creativity, communication, and problem-solving are a must
  • Excellent time management, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated responsibility and experience related to project management, especially in team-oriented or multi-faceted projects
  • Experience in the Health, Wellness, and/or Medical industry
  • Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to create measurable solutions
  • Ability to identify, analyze and proactively respond to challenging issues, render sound judgment, and provide recommended course of action
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and protected patient information
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player and provide superior customer service to all staff and leadership
