Full Time Customer Care Specialist Â

We are hiring a Full Time Customer Care Specialist to deliver world class white glove service to every customer. The Customer Care Specialist will provide the highest level of customer service by assessing, executing and managing a course of action to completely solve the customer's needs. To be successful in this role, you will be expected to interact with customers via verbal and written communications, providing the highest level of professional service.

What You'll Do:

  • Review each inquiry to assess proper course of action
  • Manage each inquiry to full resolution; surpassing the expectation of all customers
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality customer service and high level of closed-loop resolution
  • Communicate final resolution back to customer via e-mail and/or phone
  • Provide a comprehensive overview of each interaction in our internal system
  • Define and implement best approaches and practices for customer support
  • Take steps to prevent recurrence of same-service issue

Qualifications:

Â

  • High School Diploma or GED required, College degree preferred
  • 2-4 years' experience in a customer service, sales environment or related field
  • Comfort and ability to use MicrosoftÂproducts (training provided)
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor while managing multiple deadline-oriented projects
