The Line Training Scheduler is responsible for the oversight and scheduling of Line Check Airmen and OE (Operating Experience) crew schedules. The Line Training Scheduler will work closely with the Manager of Line Training Scheduling to ensure that training of crewmembers maintains the Company's mission of providing the safest, most reliable, and convenient air transportation for our cargo in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.


  • Create and monitor schedule changes for OE students to ensure all line training requirements are met while minimizing disruptions to their schedules.
  • Monitor the Line Check Airmen's schedules and adjust accordingly due to operational necessity.
  • Support multiple fleet types while performing OE Line Training duties.
  • Liaison between Line Check Airmen and travel Department to ensure that all requirements are established in support of crewmember OE line-training activities.
  • Direct liaison between airline and the FAA to request FAA support for Check Airman Observations and Initial Captain Observations.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience with a Part 117 and Part 121 Air Carrier Training Program preferred.
  • Knowledge of FAR regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Requires strong interpersonal, project planning and writing skills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and follow through.
  • Must have experience in meeting deadlines on tight timeframes as well as have the ability to work overtime on short notice.
