ARC Document Solutions (e-arc.com) is looking for a dynamic National Managed Print Services (MPS) Sales Specialist who can be located in any major metropolitan city close to a major airport.

The selected person will develop new opportunities while managing a base of business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales. The Specialist provides training support, guidance and coaching to field leadership and sales teams to generate MPS sales. This person will be responsible for achievement of both individual sales goals and assigned market's team goal.

THIS IS WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

You will develop and execute a plan to gain penetration into the top Architectural, Engineering, Construction and Energy companies. ARC Document Solutions (ARC) currently has a significant penetration in this marketplace however there remains a huge potential for further growth. You get to develop leads and ARC's presence in the top account prospects. Don't worry, because you will have the full support of a dedicated marketing and operations team to ensure your success.

The best person for this role is someone who understands traditional document management, and print services, but also has or is motivated to learn cloud-based and SaaS applications. ARC has a tremendous existing installed base of traditional document management services, however securing growth in archival, cloud managed document services, managed document transfer is vital to this new role. It's not required, but the ideal person has experience in, or a passion to learn how to manage and develop accounts using our newest services.

You get to identify, position and sell all ARC services for a set of target accounts in synergy with the related sales account teams.
  • In partnership with local/regional account managers, you will strategically drive new MPS services to targeted accounts.
  • You will find ways to become a trusted advisor, in order to build in-depth knowledge of clients' business priorities, challenges and initiatives and convert that into ARC services
  • You get to use your existing knowledge of technology, products, processes, industry expertise, and consultative sales skills to assess and educate customers on value of ARC Services

THIS IS WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS HIGHLY VISIBLE SALES ROLE:
  • Direct and measurable experience selling, designing and implementing complex, customized consulting engagements that fully leverages ARC's services and technology portfolio.
  • Experience as a hunter with a proven track record of account prospecting and revenue attainment with a history of attaining consulting and advanced services sales quota's north of $1MM/yr.
  • Excellent written, verbal and formal presentation skills to client and partner audiences ranging from technical implementers through Director/VP and Executive levels.
  • Ability to advance sales campaigns in a needs-based and highly participative fashion -which includes consultative dialog, cross-functional engagement (both within the account and ARC) through proactive engagement of senior IT, application stakeholders, and appropriate partners.
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business or related discipline
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while projecting a positive attitude
  • High energy and ability to generate significant new revenues
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including presentation creation skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Other things you need to know:
  • Regular travel will be required
  • This position must be based near a major airport
